Industry experience in real estate or construction is preferred. Licensed CPA. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or similar area of study. What You Will Be Doing Conduct in-depth reviews of client financial documents to identify potential tax savings, deductions, and credit Prepare complex tax returns for businesses and their owners Assist with tax planning, projections, and compliance strategies for clients' long-term financial goals Analyze financial statements and business operations to recommend tax strategies that optimize clients' tax positions Assist and supervise entry-level staff What You Need for this Position 5 years of public accounting experience with an emphasis in tax Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Licencsed CPA 3 years of managerial experience Public Accounting experience within Real Estate or Construction industries Experience in foreign reporting, audit provision, and/or multi-state tax reporting What's In It for You $110k - $140k base salary bonus Career advancement path to Partner level Benefits Vacation/PTO Medical Dental Vision 401k matching Bonus Relocation - For this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
