Job Description:
Sun-Wednesday 8:30pm-6:30am shift. Job Description: Working as a
strategic member of the Operations Team, you will be responsible
for scheduling our hourly workforce on the production floor. We're
hoping you can take a new angle on what otherwise might be
ordinary. You will be the liaison between Supervisors and other
members of Plant Staff, supporting any hourly position movement. We

you'll fit right in. Duties: • Scheduling Extraordinaire – You will
be responsible for scheduling on-site hourly crews for defined
shifts on our production floor and maintaining appropriate
scheduling records (Leave of Absences, Vacation, and Bereavement)
for the facility. You will be the primary contact for the hourly
workforce and will be responsible for scheduling training, company
functions and community events. • Continuous Collaboration– You
will be serving as the liaison to Supervisors and other staff to
understand the production demand in order to schedule employees
accordingly. You will also support employee development initiatives
through training and the development of plant leadership. •
Recording & Reporting – You will maintain accurate reporting of
labor for each shift, entering employee attendance into appropriate
databases and creating individual and summary trend reports. Some
of the reports you manage will include Monthly Hours Not Worked and
Overtime Reports in accordance to the collective bargaining
agreement. • Following Best Practices – You will be responsible for
the compliance of Food Safety within the plant including proper
sanitary conditions, allergen control, pest control as well as
other policies and procedures. • The ability to work a full shift,
come to work on time, work overtime as needed and the ability to
work according to the necessary schedule to meet job requirements
with or without reasonable accommodation is an essential function
of this position Required: • High School Diploma/GED or
International Equivalent • Strong organizational skills, attention
to detail, written and verbal communication skills • Knowledgeable
of Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) •Technically capable
of working within a scheduling system and ERP programs, such as,
SAP and Kronos. •The individual needs to be able to navigate
multiple systems and create schedules in Excel and work with the
