The Construction Superintendent - Kansas City coordinates site

project from start to finish Direct subcontractors to achieve
project on schedule and within budget Maintain quality and safety
standards Mentor and manage team members Conduct weekly foreman and
safety meetings Create and maintain partnerships with customers,
contractors, and suppliers Develop site utilization and logistic
plans Demonstrate a leader's positive attitude and professionalism
Profile Ground up commercial construction experience 5 years of
experience in the construction industry as a commercial/
multifamily construction superintendent Strong knowledge in
computer construction and scheduling software (Procore, Suretrak,
Primavera P6, MS Project). This is a Denver based opportunity but
some travel may be necessary. Job Offer Competitive Base Salary
