We’re looking for a driven, customer-focused Garage Door Technician
to join our growing team in Kansas City, KS . Whether you’re a
seasoned pro or mechanically inclined and ready to learn, we’ll
provide the training, tools, and support you need to succeed. What
You’ll Do Install, repair, and maintain residential, commercial,
and industrial garage doors and openers. Perform thorough
inspections to ensure top-quality workmanship and safety standards.
Use documentation (notes, diagrams, photos) to streamline future
work. Follow OSHA safety standards and uphold a safe work
environment for you and your team. Provide excellent service with a
friendly, professional attitude. Communicate effectively with
customers and team members. Identify customer needs and recommend
solutions or product upgrades. Contribute to a collaborative,
high-performing team environment. Take on additional duties as
needed — we're all in this together! What You Bring Valid driver's
license with clean MVR. Ability to lift 75 lbs, use basic hand
tools, and climb ladders. Mechanical aptitude; garage door
experience is a plus, especially with: Sectional doors, rolling
steel, fire doors, dock equipment, etc. Knowledge of OSHA
guidelines and jobsite safety protocols. Strong verbal
communication and problem-solving skills. Experience with
ServiceTitan is a plus. Positive attitude, adaptability, and
customer-first mindset. High school diploma or equivalent. What We
