Job Description:
Summary/Objective -Reporting to the General Manager, the
Production Manager is responsible for creating a welcoming team
environment where all production associates can thrive. - They are
responsible for directing the day-to-day workflow of the back of
the store as a first-line supervisor and backroom operations and
supervision in the absence of the General Manager. Builds effective
teams through 1:1 training, consistent communication and coaching
to ensure successful performance of all production team members. -

high-quality, processed goods to the sales floorVerifying loss
prevention and process flow guidelines are followed and
communicated to LP OfficerDocument policy violations and
communicate to the appropriate chain of commandEnsuring the
physical safety of the back roomCommunicating safety issues and
concerns to ensure quick resolutionActively participate in the

Manager - -Work EnvironmentThis job operates in a production
warehouse environment with merchandise displays and items available
for purchase in inventory. -Physical Demand -The physical demands
described here are representative of those that must be met by an
employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this
job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is
regularly required to communicate verbally and apply active
listening skills. This position is very active and requires
standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching,
crawling, and climbing all day. The employee must frequently lift
and/or move items over 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities
required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color
vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust
focus. -Position Type/Expected Hours of Work/Travel -This is a
full-time position; required days to work are Sunday through
Saturday. This position regularly requires long hours and frequent
weekend, night, and holiday work. This position may require up to
10% travel between stores. -The Production Manager will be a proven
leader with the following: -
The candidate should have a minimum
of 1 year supervisory experience
High school diploma or equivalent is
preferred
Familiarity with safety requirements
in a warehouse/retail environment
Basic understanding of legal
requirements regarding employment
Strong work ethic, character and
integrity
Solid judgment and common sense in
