coaches.At KidStrong, General Managers are the heartbeat of our
centers, serving as dynamic leaders who inspire and drive success.
As first in-command, you'll cultivate a culture of growth,
development, and excellence-empowering our passionate coaches and
the families we serve. A strong GM will deliver key business
results with high sales and low member
attrition.ResponsibilitiesCenter Operations
- Understand KPIs and financials to make informed decisions.
- Build relationships with families to provide exceptional
service.
- Oversee center initiatives like maintenance, training, and
branding.
- Ensure regular cleaning and maintenance.
- Manage weekly coaching schedules and cover shifts.
- Schedule and sell events such as camps and parties.
- Support social media presence with on-brand posts and
responses.Sales
- Manage leads via CRM, conduct call drives.
- Finalize sales and bookings from online sign-ups.
- Attend local events to boost brand awareness and
memberships.Leadership
- Foster a coaching culture.
- Manage Assistant GM and coaching team.
- Assess and evaluate coaches.
- Recruit, onboard, and train staff.
- Support professional development.
- Lead staff meetings.
- Communicate professionally via Slack and email.
- Attend weekly leadership meetings.Coaching
- Deliver curriculum focused on Brain, Physical, and Character
development.
- Understand and communicate the curriculum's 'why'.
- Implement programming and curriculum elements.
- Work physically in a dynamic environment, ensuring safety and
proper technique.
- Approximately 5-10 coaching hours per week.Skills &
Qualifications
- Background in athletics or coaching, with experience working
with children aged 15 months to 11 years.
- Comfortable communicating with parents/guardians.
- Experience in management required.
- Proficiency with technology tools like Google Suite, CRM
systems such as Hubspot, Podium, KidStrong systems.
- Knowledge of physiology, exercise techniques, and body
