• And Much More!Regional Nurse (RN) ResponsibilitiesAs Regional Nurse, you will have responsibility for the delivery and execution of our clinical program offerings and ensure our clinical staff have the knowledge and skill set to deliver excellent resident care. The Regional Nurse will oversee the professional development of our staff through our orientation and mentor programs and have clinical oversight of Director of Nurses to ensure their focus is on risk management and regulatory compliance. As a Regional Nurse you will also ensure we are operating according to established clinical practices and understand how our processes can help support and drive better health across all our services and programs. The Regional Nurse will work closely with our Director of Clinical Operations to refine our clinical strategy and drive operational excellence and execution with our team. In this role, you will need to lead decisively in front of a complex organization of team members and collaborate efficiently. You will need to set clear expectations and create focus on critical results and initiatives. Together as a team, we will ensure compliance with regulatory standards and policies.Regional Nurse (RN) Requirements
  • Graduate of an approved Registered Nurse (RN) program and licensed in the state of practice, required.
  • Minimum of two years of nursing experience in a long-term care setting.
  • Prior experience in management and leadership in a clinical leadership environment required.
  • Excellent project management, presentation, and strong planning and decision-making skills.
  • Demonstrated success in operational process improvement and performance management.
  • Current BLS/CPR certification (All SNFs; ALFs as required by state).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
