Then we've got the perfect role for you!We're looking for a Clinical Procedural Registered Nurse to bring their expertise, heart, and clinical smarts to our interdisciplinary team. You'll care for patients facing everything from quick outpatient procedures to more complex chronic or terminal conditions - all while working in a collaborative environment that values your voice and skills.What You'll Do

• Be the calm before and after the procedure - assessing, prepping, and supporting patients through their healthcare journey.
• Use your clinical judgment to deliver safe, individualized care based on each patient's diagnosis, needs, and procedures.
• Work alongside doctors, techs, and fellow nurses - because teamwork makes the dream work.
• Share your insights in committees, program planning, education, and even research.
• Mentor nursing students and help shape the future of care.
• Stay sharp and compliant - practicing within the Missouri Nurse Practice Act and all organizational policies.What You Need
  • A current Missouri RN license (or eligible).
  • A valid BCLS (Basic Life Support) card.
  • ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) - required in some departments.
  • Working with radiology? You'll need the right training or to pass our radiology competency checklist.What We'd Love You To Have
    • A BSN (Bachelor of Science in Nursing).
    • Experience in critical care - if you can handle high-pressure moments, we want you!
