Our dedicated team of professionals is passionate about making a difference, ensuring dignity, comfort, and peace for every individual we serve.Employment Type: Full-Time - Monday-Friday, *Dedicated on-call team, but must be available for occasional on-call rotation.Pay Rate: $74,000+/annually (pay is determined by requirements and experience)Location: Topeka, KSWe are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Hospice RN Admissions Nurse to join our team. In this role, you will guide patients and families through the hospice admissions process, conduct thorough assessments, and develop personalized care plans. One year professional medical-surgical experience. Must possess a valid Kansas Drivers License, in force automobile insurance and maintain a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) that meets the organizations insurability standard as defined by Midland policy. Availability of reliable transportation is required. Knowledge of professional nursing theory, standards of nursing practice, scope of practice and relevant statutes and regulations. Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, handle multiple projects, pay strong attention to detail and accuracy and work under pressure in a cooperative work environment.
