Certifications: BLS required Must-Have: - Experience in
Interventional Radiology - Skills in Special Procedures, Liver
Biopsy, Chest Tube Placement, Lung Biopsy, Pulmonary Angiography,
Pulmonary Embolization, Thoracentesis, Vertebroplasty, Central
Venous Access, Non-tunneled/PICC Placement, Central Venous
Access/Port Placement, Upper and Lower Extremity Angiography -
Procedural Sedation Administration and Monitoring - Reversal agents
management - Assist with Central Line Insertion and management -
Care and Maintenance of Implanted Ports and PICC Lines - Starting
IVs - Infection Prevention and Isolation Precautions - Monitoring
Procedural Sedation Description: The Registered Nurse will work in
an Interventional Radiology setting. The average daily census is 4
patients with a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:1. On-call shifts are
required, including nights and weekends. Clinician may float within
scope to meet facility needs. Local candidates must live more than
50 miles from the facility. Candidates should have a minimum of 2
years of recent specialty experience. No travel partners will be
accepted. Request time off should not exceed 7 days. References are
required from the past year, including one from a supervisor or
charge RN. Drug screening will be conducted, and diluted or
positive results will lead to assignment cancellation. Modules are
required for compliance, averaging 5-8 hours. These modules should
