Job Description:
At Residential Home Health and Hospice (‘Residential’), we’re

collaborate to provide management and delivery of patient care
plans. The schedule for this position is Friday through Monday or

nurses with: RN license in the state you work Graduate from an
approved school of practical nursing One year of RN experience and
the clinical competence to deliver quality patient care Current
driver’s license and ability to spend ~20% of your day driving

your time and schedule Demonstrated experience with tablets, mobile
