Evaluates the overall effectiveness of care provided by other direct care givers. Coordinates the patient care in conjunction with other departments. Qualifications Education & Licensure: Graduate of an accredited RN program Active RN license (state-specific or compact) Must meet all state board of nursing requirements Experience: Candidates must possess hands-on Operating Room experience. Certifications Required: ACLS – Advanced Cardiac Life Support BLS – Basic Life Support (or within 30 days of hire) Any unit-specific certifications (with timeline for completion) Physical Requirements: Regularly lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs Prolonged standing/walking throughout shift Ability to bend, kneel, twist, squat as needed Why Mercy?
