A full-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) opportunity is available within a K-12 school setting serving elementary and middle school students. This contracted position spans the current school year and offers a meaningful role supporting behavioral interventions and promoting positive developmental outcomes for students. Key responsibilities include: Implementing behavior plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Collecting data to track student progress and modifying interventions based on analysis. Collaborating with teachers, parents, and other staff to ensure consistency and effectiveness of behavioral strategies. Supporting students in classroom and related settings to enhance social, emotional, and academic growth. Qualifications and experience required: Active and current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification. Experience working with K-12 students, preferably within elementary and middle school environments. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to manage caseloads effectively and maintain accurate data documentation. Location: Position is based in Lees Summit, MO, serving a local school district.
