Job Description Job Description Nursing degree, active
registered nurse (RN) license and minimum 1 years RN experience
required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not
be considered. This opportunity is for a Registered Nurse with
Operating Room experience to support surgical procedures in a
highly specialized environment. The role requires expertise in at
least one of the following specialties: ENT (including
tracheostomy/airways, head/neck flaps, ear, and soft tissue cases),
Neurosurgery (burr holes, craniotomy), or Surgical Oncology
utilizing advanced technologies such as Da Vinci Robots (Xi, 5,
SP), Rosa, and Globus navigation systems. Candidates with
proficiency across all three specialties and Level I trauma
experience are highly preferred. Location Based in Overland Park,
KS, this position serves a leading medical center known for its
exceptional surgical care and advanced treatment methods. This

schools for those relocating. Qualifications & Desired Experience
Active Registered Nurse license in Kansas or Compact state
eligibility Current AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Proven operating room experience, specializing in ENT, Neuro, or
Surgical Oncology procedures Level I trauma experience is a plus
Ability to float to all Operating Rooms as needed Commitment to
work day shifts approximately Wednesday through Friday, 6:30 AM to
7:00 PM Responsibilities Provide expert perioperative nursing care
during complex surgical cases Collaborate effectively with surgical
teams to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes Adhere to
protocols in this nicotine-free facility Participate in on-call
rotations as required Attend mandatory in-person orientation and
EPIC training before assignment begins Additional Information
Contract position with bi-weekly pay Orientation includes 8 hours
no-bill training Holidays are not required; pay adjustments apply
when holidays fall on scheduled workdays Facility permits a maximum
of two cancellations per month with at least two hours' notice This
