Physician with Veterans Health Administration, Eastern Kansas

our mission. Emergency Department highlights: The Eastern Kansas VA
typically sees a moderate volume of patients in their ED compared
to larger urban VA medical centers. On average, the patient volume
in the ED can range from 15 to 25 patients per shift. This can
fluctuate based on various factors such as the time of year, day of
the week, and specific health events or emergencies. Our higher
volumes are during the day during the week. We are a low acuity low
volume facility. Eastern Kansas has the following subspecialties
available: Cardiology Dermatology Endocrinology Gastroenterology
Hematology/Oncology- via tele-health Nephrology- limited Neurology
Pulmonary/Critical Care Our ideal candidate/requirements: BE/BC
Emergency Medicine, BE /BC FM or IM Possess one current, active,
unrestricted medical license in any US state New grads welcome to
apply Non-citizens can be considered only in the absence of US
citizen candidates MD/DO from an accredited institution Completion
of a full US residency program (or non-US followed by 5 years
