Job Description:
HCRC Staffing is seeking a dedicated and expert Pain Management
Physician for a respected healthcare facility in Kansas City, KS.
This position requires specialization in pain management to
diagnose, treat, and manage pain associated with surgeries, chronic
diseases, or other medical conditions. As part of a professional
healthcare team, the ideal candidate will implement advanced
strategies in pain management customized to individual patient
needs. This role is pivotal in improving the quality of life for
patients and advancing innovative pain treatment methods within the
facility. Assess patient conditions and formulate treatment plans
tailored to individual needs. Prescribe medication, perform
procedures, and recommend lifestyle changes to help manage pain.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate
treatment plans and patient management. Stay updated with
advancements in pain management to provide evidence-based care.
Educate patients and their families about pain management and
preventive measures. Monitor and document patient progress,
adapting treatments as necessary. Expertise in targeted pain relief
techniques such as epidural steroid injections, nerve blocks, and
radiofrequency neurotomy. Strong diagnostic skills to accurately
identify and asses pain sources. Excellent communication skills for
interaction with patients, families, and medical team. Ability to
manage time and prioritize tasks effectively. Medical Insurance
