want your knowledge and expertise! Job Summary and Qualifications
The CT Technologist performs routine and specialized imaging
procedures in the application of ionizing radiation in accordance
with the established professional and departmental standards. The
CT Tech provides high-quality computerized tomography images of the
used by physicians for diagnosis and treatment. We are an amazing

meaningful as we do. Schedule: Friday-Sunday, 7:00pm-7:30am What
you will do in this role: - You will compassionately assist and
position patients on CT table. - You will start IVs for contrast
injection and when necessary. - You will assess image quality and
make adjustments when necessary. - You will release customer with
proper post procedure instructions. - You will turn over and
prepare room using aseptic technique between patients and clean /
sterilize equipment. - You will follow radiation safety procedures
and guidelines. What qualifications you will need: - Prefer
Graduate of an accredited AMA program with a certificate or Prefer
degree in Radiology Technology. - Registered Computerized
Tomography Technician (CT) must be obtained within 1 year of
employment start date - Registered Radiographer (ARRT) must be
obtained within 1 year of employment start date - BCLS required
within 30 days of start date. - Two years of experience preferred
with additional training in CT scanning. Overland Park Regional
Medical Center is a 340 bed facility offering acute medical
services to our patients. We are Johnson County’s only Pediatric
Intensive Care Unit and Level II Trauma Center. We have an
Accredited Stroke and Chest Pain Center. Our hospital is a premier
area destination for Women's & Children’s healthcare services. We
offer the region’s only Maternal Fetal Health Center to care for
critically ill mothers and their babies. Our hospital has an
antepartum unit, a labor and delivery unit, and a Level III NICU.
We have four emergency rooms, including a dedicated Pediatric
emergency room and two freestanding ERs located in Olathe and
Shawnee. Each year our colleagues treat over 45,000 patients.
