Job Description Job Description Degree in Physical Therapy,
active Physical Therapist license and 1 year of Physical Therapy
experience required. Applicants who do not meet these
qualifications will not be considered. This position offers the
opportunity to provide physical therapy services within a dynamic
K-12 school setting in Olathe, Kansas. As a licensed Physical
Therapist, you will support students across multiple school
locations, playing a vital role in their developmental and
educational progress. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver physical
therapy evaluations and interventions for K-12 students -
Collaborate with educators, parents, and healthcare professionals
to develop individualized treatment plans - Provide itinerant
services across multiple schools, adjusting schedules to meet
student needs - Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions
and progress - Participate in team meetings and contribute to
students' individualized education programs (IEPs) Qualifications
and Experience: - Active Physical Therapist licensure in the state
of Kansas - Experience providing physical therapy services in
school settings is preferred - Ability to manage a flexible,
itinerant schedule with travel between multiple school sites in the
Kansas City area - Strong communication and collaboration skills -
Commitment to student-centered care and educational support
Additional Information: - Position type: Contract for the current
school year - Weekly hours: 37.5 - Locations include multiple
schools across Kansas City, including but not limited to Gloria
Willis, Hazel Grove, Noble Prentis, New Chelsea, West Park,
Quindaro, Lindbergh, Silver City, John F Kennedy, Arrowhead,
Central Middle School, Argentine, Lowell Brune, Eisenhower,
Rosedale, Carl Bruce, Caruthers, Claude Huyck, and Eugene Ware
