Join a highly skilled and collaborative team of 5 Neonatologists
and NNPs in a 36-bed Level-III NICU located in the heart of Topeka,
Kansas â an affordable, welcoming city just a short drive from
major university towns like Lawrence and Manhattan. Position
Highlights: - Level-III NICU | 36 beds | Avg census: 26 -
Full-spectrum NICU care including: - High Frequency Ventilation -
Inhaled Nitric Oxide - Total Body Cooling - aEEG monitoring -
Robust subspecialty support: Cardiology, Neurology, Endocrinology,
Ophthalmology, Hematology - Team-based model: 5 Neonatologists
experienced NNPs - Flexible call and weekend coverage as part of
rotation Compensation & Benefits: - $275Kâ$360K base salary - $50K
guaranteed bonus in year one - Lucrative bonus potential beyond

Requirements: - BC/BE in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine - Kansas
license (or willing to obtain) - DEA (prior to start) - Clean
