This role involves crafting personalized treatment plans to facilitate the recovery and enhancement of patients' physical functions. Ideal candidates will be passionate about fostering patient independence and wellness through innovative therapeutic strategies. Evaluate patient conditions based on their medical histories and goals. Develop and implement tailored treatment plans to restore, maintain, or improve physical functioning and wellness. Educate patients and families about the treatment process and self-management strategies. Maintain accurate patient records and track progress. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care. Expertise in physical therapy techniques and treatment planning. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to handle a diverse patient population. Proficient in using physical therapy software and equipment. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Valid Physical Therapy license as required by state law. CPR certification preferred.
