to find a qualified Psych RN in Kansas City, Missouri, 64108! Job
Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Behavioral
Health Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12
Experience: Minimum 1 Year of Travel Experience Required License:
Must have both a Missouri and Kansas State License or Compact
License Certifications: PALS and BLS Required Must-Have: Experience
in behavioral/psychiatric and med-surg nursing. Pediatric
experience is preferred. Description: This position is for a
Registered Nurse in the behavioral health unit. Candidates must
have experience in both behavioral/psychiatric nursing and
medical-surgical nursing. Pediatric experience is preferred but not
mandatory. Patient ratios will be 1:3 or 1:4, similar to other
inpatient units. Travelers will be required to float between
facilities as needed. Successful candidates must pass a
medication/dosage test during the first week. Three attempts will
be provided to achieve a passing score. The facility is smoke-free.
Only AHA BLS and ACLS certifications will be accepted. RQI
