COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Pediatrics (PEDS) $245,000–$260,000 Base Salary (commensurate with experience) $15,000 Annual Bonus $30,000 Sign-On Bonus negotiable $50,000- $75,000 NHSC Loan Repayment for a 2?year full?time service commitment Reapply as needed . RESPONSIBILITIES AND FACILITY DETAILS Pediatrics (PEDS) Patient Panel: Gradual ramp-up with mentorship support. Clinic Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM Schedule: 4.5-day work week with half-day for administrative tasks Call: 1 week every 2 months; no C-section attendance Credentialing Support: 60–90 days Licensing Assistance Provided QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS Pediatrics (PEDS) Board Certified (B/C) or Board Eligible (B/E) Circumcision procedures - mentorship and training offered.
