tech-savvy IT & Website Specialist to join our team. This role is
perfect for someone who enjoys troubleshooting hardware, managing
websites, optimizing digital marketing efforts, and maintaining IT

https://www.westbottoms.com/ Key Responsibilities Troubleshoot and
resolve basic hardware issues, including printers, computers, and
routers. Perform routine maintenance on office computers, such as
installing software, removing viruses, and replacing hard drives.
Develop and maintain WordPress websites using tools like Elementor
and other drag-and-drop editors. Manage and administer user
permissions across various platforms. Oversee hosting services
(e.g., Bluehost) to ensure website functionality and security.
Maintain and troubleshoot network equipment, particularly Ubiquiti
devices. Edit and enhance images using software like Photoshop or
GIMP. Communicate with and track the work of external contractors
managing company websites. Manage and optimize Google Ads
campaigns, SEO strategies, and social media presence to enhance
online visibility. Oversee multiple projects simultaneously,
ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
Required Skills Proven experience in IT support and
troubleshooting. Proficiency in WordPress development and website
maintenance. Experience with hosting management platforms like
Bluehost. Familiarity with domain services (e.g., GoDaddy or
similar providers). Knowledge of network equipment maintenance,
especially Ubiquiti devices. Strong photo editing skills using
Photoshop or GIMP. Experience with Google Ads, SEO best practices,
and social media management. Strong communication skills, with the
ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical team
members. Ability to work independently as a self-starter and
collaboratively with peers to solve problems. Excellent
organizational skills, with the ability to manage and prioritize
multiple projects simultaneously. Willingness and ability to
provide effective and organized support to our office team.
Valuable Skills but Not Required Experience with automation
platforms like Crestron or similar systems. Ability to administer
and maintain CCTV hardware, including hard drive replacements and
footage retrieval. Experience with audio and video editing.
Familiarity with lighting control systems like Enttec S-Play using
protocols such as sACN and Art-Net. Ability to run and terminate
wiring for CCTV and Ethernet networks. Experience troubleshooting
audio-visual hardware. Strong background in hardware research and
prototyping. Ability to design cost-effective systems tailored for
