PEC1 is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to join our dynamic team, where you will play a pivotal role in steering projects that secure and enhance critical infrastructure against evolving cyber threats. As a leader in cybersecurity solutions, PEC1 requires a highly skilled individual who thrives in managing complex projects across both governmental and private sectors, ensuring that all aspects of the project lifecycle are executed to the highest standards. Lead cross-functional project teams to deliver innovative cybersecurity solutions on time and within budget. Coordinate with engineering, architecture, and security teams to define project scopes, goals, and deliverables. Develop full-scale project plans incorporating resource allocation, timelines, and budgeting. Communicate consistently with stakeholders to provide project updates and gather feedback to refine project strategies. Identify and manage project risks and opportunities, implementing preemptive measures and contingency plans. Maintain compliance with industry standards and ensure all project phases are documented adequately. Deliver presentations and end-project reports outlining project results, key learnings, and future recommendations. Proven ability to manage large-scale engineering projects. Strong leadership skills and experience in team management. Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills. Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Basecamp, JIRA) Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and practices. Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions. Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) is advantageous.
