Job Description:
Project Management Professional JOB SUMMARY The Project
Management Professional is responsible for planning, coordinating,
and advancing internal and client-facing projects from initiation
through completion. This role partners closely with Project Team to
ensure projects stay organized, on schedule, and moving forward.
This is a hands-on, execution-focused position for a proactive
?doer? who thrives on tracking details, maintaining momentum, and
ensuring accountability. The ideal candidate brings strong general
project management experience and excels at documentation, data
tracking, and cross-functional coordination. AEC experience is not
required. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Develop and maintain detailed project
plans, schedules, and tracking tools. Partner with Project Team to
coordinate project milestones, deliverables, and timelines.
Responsible for timelines, approvals, and dependencies to ensure
project momentum. Responsible for compliance between internal
processes and client deliverables for operational consistency.
Monitor adherence to established fee structures and confirm
compliance with client standards and contractual requirements.
Proactively identify risks, bottlenecks, or delays and coordinate
solutions. Maintain accurate project documentation, status reports,
and data logs. Prepare meeting agendas, document outcomes, and
follow up on action items. Provide regular status updates to
Project Team and leadership as appropriate. Ensure project data is
organized, current, and accessible. Support continuous process
improvements to enhance efficiency and accountability by
identifying workflow inefficiencies. ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Bachelor?s degree in Business, Project Management,
Communications, or related field preferred. Experience: Prefer 5?10
years of professional project management experience. Experience
coordinating cross-functional teams and working directly with
clients. AEC industry experience is not required.
Licenses/Certifications: Project management certification (PMP or
similar) is a plus but not required. A valid driver?s license is
required. Knowledge and Skills: Strong organizational and
time-management skills. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple
projects simultaneously. High attention to detail and accuracy in
documentation and data entry. Ability to collaborate effectively
with internal Project Team and cross-functional teams. Strong
written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft
Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and project tracking tools
(e.g., PowerBI, Smartsheet, or similar platforms). Ability to work
independently with minimal supervision. Skilled at identifying
issues early and taking initiative to resolve them. Core
