Providing legal advice to clients and representing them in court. 3. Conducting legal research and drafting legal documents, such as contracts, pleadings, and briefs. 4. Qualifications: To be considered for this position, you must possess the following qualifications: 1. A Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school. 2. A minimum of 3 years of experience as an attorney, with experience working on either Class Actions, Construction Litigation, Intellectual Property, Products Liability, Malpractice, and/or Personal Injury. 3. Admission to the state bar. 4. Excellent negotiation and communication skills. 5. The ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously and meet deadlines. 6. A strong understanding of legal principles and procedures. 7. The ability to work independently and as part of a team. 8. High ethical standards and professional integrity.
