Associate Attorney, your primary responsibilities will include, but
are not limited to: 1. Handling a diverse caseload of Class

Liability, Malpractice, and Personal Injury cases. 2. Providing
legal advice to clients and representing them in court. 3.
Conducting legal research and drafting legal documents, such as
contracts, pleadings, and briefs. 4. Negotiating settlements on
behalf of clients in a manner that is in their best interests. 5.
Collaborating with senior attorneys to develop case strategies and
prepare for trial. 6. Keeping clients informed about the progress
of their cases and responding to their inquiries in a timely
manner. 7. Staying updated on the latest developments in the legal
industry and adapting your strategies accordingly. Qualifications:
To be considered for this position, you must possess the following
qualifications: 1. A Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law
school. 2. A minimum of 3 years of experience as an attorney, with
experience working on either Class Actions, Construction
Litigation, Intellectual Property, Products Liability, Malpractice,
and/or Personal Injury. 3. Admission to the state bar. 4. Excellent
negotiation and communication skills. 5. The ability to manage
multiple cases simultaneously and meet deadlines. 6. A strong
understanding of legal principles and procedures. 7. The ability to
work independently and as part of a team. 8. High ethical standards
