Job Overview: Fleet Mechanic II - Lenexa, KS About the Role -
Perform scheduled preventative maintenance and necessary repairs to
automobiles, trucks (light and heavy), trailers, vans and
forklifts. - Disassembles and overhauls motors, transmissions,
clutches, rear ends and electrical systems. - Complete all
necessary documents, including vehicle records. - Manage ordering
and inventory of parts. - Will act as a mentor to the class I
mechanics. Shift and Schedule - Monday through Friday - 10:00 AM -
6:30 PM - Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed About

general equivalency diploma (GED) preferred - Minimum 2 years of
mechanic experience on a fleet - Must be able to work on all types
of vehicles - Lift, push, and pull a minimum of 50 pounds - Able to
supply your own set of tools to perform the job - Willing and able
to acquire the necessary certifications and licenses needed for the
position within the first year of employment to include: ASE Heavy
and Medium duty certification, DOT Commercial Driver’s License (CDL
A), DOT brake and annual inspection certification, and A/C
