Job Description Job Description Summary – CNC Lathe Machinist : We are in search of an experienced CNC Lathe Machinist, ideally with live tooling, sub spindle, and Okuma experience but are willing to train on specific machinery as needed. This hiring need has been created in response to growth and should provide for a solid long-term opportunity. Day Shift : Monday – Friday from 7:00am-3:30pm Benefits : Health Insurance, Paid Time Off, 401K with company match Responsibility Summary – CNC Lathe Machinist : Setup CNC lathe machinery for new production runs; including inputting programming updates/changes. Operate machinery to produce finished parts. Check parts for quality assurance. Work in a safe and efficient manner with a high-level of quality. Qualification Summary – CNC Lathe Machinist : High school diploma required; any secondary education in a relevant field is however preferred 3 years of experience setting up and operating CNC lathes High mechanical aptitude Ability to read and interpret blueprints and work instructions Experience performing quality assurance checks using measurement tools (i.e. calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc. Preferred experience with live tooling and sub spindle machines Preferred experience operating Okuma's.
