Job Description We are seeking an Assembly Technician to join our
production floor team, specializing in the assembly of air outlets.
The primary focus of this role will be assembling products and
collaborating with welders for repair tasks. The technician will
receive training in various areas of the warehouse to provide
support wherever needed. Responsibilities Assemble air outlets
using hand and power tools. Operate drill presses, punch presses,
and riveting machines to assist in assembly operations. Collaborate
with welders for repairs by providing necessary parts. Read
blueprints and schematics to ensure accurate assembly. Work
efficiently within smaller teams, contributing to a growing
department. Essential Skills 1 year of assembly experience.
Proficiency in reading tape measures and understanding basic
drawings. Experience in reading blueprints and work orders.
Mechanical inclination and attention to detail. Additional Skills &
Qualifications Skill in using hand and power tools. Ability to work
collaboratively in expanding teams. Why Work Here? Join a

non-climate controlled facility with flexible shift times from
Monday to Thursday, 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM, and optional shifts on
Friday from 6:00 AM to 11:00 AM or 2:30 PM. Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of KANSAS CITY, MO.
Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 -
$21.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may
depend on your job classification and length of employment.
