We are seeking an outgoing Customer Support Specialist that ensures
our customers receive the level of customer service Crowley
Furniture is known for. Success is achieved through operational
excellence of the store.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Provides excellent customer service in accordance with Crowley
Furniture's standards
Answers and operates all functions of a multi-line phone system
Enters customer tickets with efficiency and accuracy
Assists the sales staff and management with any duties that may be
assigned
Maintains a clean and organized work environment
Contributes daily to proactive customer service by anticipating
customers' needs
Other task and responsibilities consistent with the effective
operation of the store.
The ideal candidate for this position will have a minimum of 1 year
of customer service experience. In addition, have 1- 2 years of
admin experience. The ability to quickly develop rapport in-person
and over the phone and ability to build and cultivate customer
relationships is important to succeed in this position. Satisfying
customer needs along with the ability to manage multiple competing
priorities is also essential to this role. Proficient ability to
detect errors and be a team player with a professional
attitude.
