KAT Wholesale Outdoor is looking for a Crew Leader at our Blue Springs, MO location, who takes pride in their work and shows commitment to their team. Key Responsibilities will be:
LMA- Lead, Manage, and hold crew members accountable.
Manage Work Flow- direct general work activities as dictated by workloads.
Maintain inventory- maintain the integrity and salability of the inventory in the nursery.
Responsible for equipment- inspection and proper use of nursery equipment.
Maintain Nursery- ensure that nursery facilities are properly maintained, well organized, and are visually appealing.
Minimum Qualifications:
Three to Five years of experience in the green industry with emphasis on planting, caring for and identifying plant material
Three to Five years experience managing employees in a manual labor environment
