category/brand awareness and growth. Position Overview BGB Group is
seeking an Analytics Director to lead data-driven decision-making,
optimize marketing performance, and drive strategic insights across
digital, omnichannel, and media initiatives. This role is
responsible for overseeing analytics strategy, campaign
measurement, and predictive modeling to enhance engagement, ROI,
and business impact for healthcare and pharmaceutical clients. The
Analytics Director will collaborate with cross-functional
teams—including strategy, technology, content, and media—to develop
data frameworks, analyze key performance metrics, and refine
marketing strategies based on actionable insights. This role
requires a balance of technical expertise, leadership skills, and a
deep understanding of healthcare and pharma analytics. Key
Responsibilities Analytics Strategy & Execution Define and
implement a comprehensive analytics strategy that aligns with
client objectives and BGB’s business goals. Lead the development of
measurement frameworks, KPI tracking systems, and reporting
structures for marketing campaigns. Oversee the execution of
predictive modeling, segmentation analysis, and propensity modeling
to forecast behaviors and optimize engagement. Establish data
governance, validation processes, and compliance standards for
healthcare and pharmaceutical marketing analytics. Marketing
Performance Measurement & Optimization Analyze marketing
performance across digital, paid media, CRM, and omnichannel
campaigns. Develop dashboard visualizations and reports to
communicate key insights to internal stakeholders and clients.
Conduct A/B testing, attribution modeling, and media mix analysis
to refine marketing investments. Monitor and optimize lead
generation, conversion rates, and customer retention strategies.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Leadership Act as a trusted
advisor to internal teams and clients, translating data insights
into strategic recommendations. Collaborate with marketing, media,
content, and product teams to ensure data-driven decision-making.
Lead a team of data analysts and marketing scientists, fostering a
culture of innovation and continuous learning. Work closely with
technology teams to enhance data infrastructure, automation, and
AI-driven analytics capabilities. Innovation & Emerging
Technologies Stay ahead of emerging analytics trends, AI
applications, and advanced statistical methodologies. Identify
opportunities to integrate AI-driven insights, automation, and
machine learning models into marketing strategies. Develop and
refine best practices for data storytelling, visualization, and
executive reporting. Qualifications & Skills Experience 7 years of
experience in analytics, data science, or marketing analytics, with
a focus on healthcare, pharma, or life sciences. Proven leadership
experience in developing and executing analytics strategies. Strong
background in predictive modeling, machine learning, and marketing
performance measurement. Technical & Functional Skills Expertise in
SQL, Python, R, Tableau, Power BI, or other data analytics tools.
Expertise in analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Looker Studio).
Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g.,
Marketo, Salesforce, HubSpot) and CRM integrations. Strong
understanding of digital analytics, media performance metrics, and
data attribution models. Experience with claims data, patient-level
data, and promotional effectiveness modeling is a plus. Soft Skills
& Leadership Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking
abilities. Excellent communication and presentation skills to
convey insights to non-technical stakeholders. Ability to manage
multiple projects, meet deadlines, and drive process improvements.
Leadership experience in mentoring and developing data teams.
Salary range: $130,000-$170,000 The salary range provided is for
the Kanas City-hybrid position, which requires occasional in-office
presence, and represents what a potential hire may expect to earn
in this role at BGB. For candidates in other locations, salary will
be adjusted to reflect local market rates. Actual salary decisions
will be influenced by several factors that we use to determine
overall fit, including experience (both direct and indirect),
education, training, demonstrated qualifications, and
organizational need. Salary is only one component of the total
