manager who understands the intricacies of client relationships and
project management. Youve likely worked on a variety of projects,
both large and small, and are comfortable taking ownership and
providing support where needed. You have a proven ability to
understand client business objectives and translate them into
effective marketing strategies. If youre a strategic thinker with a
track record of success in client-facing roles, we want to hear
from you. What youll do: Lead cross-functional teams and navigate
cross-agency collaboration Serve as day-to-day client contact, with
supervision from manager, as needed Lead execution of projects and
inform supervisor/director on status Manage and execute
multi-channel media plans Think and operate with strategic
orientation and task/project management Participates in key client
meetings including status meetings, briefings and cross-functional
partner meetings Ensure operational excellence on the accounts and
projects managed Maintain and grow knowledge of clients business,
competition, and industry Financial management responsibilities
including reviewing project estimates, SOWs and billing for brand
Should be detail-oriented with strong interpersonal,
organizational, and presentation skills Health care, animal health
of B2B experience a bonus Who you are: 3-4 years of experience in
account management Excellent written, verbal, and presentation
skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
Strong organizational and project management skills, including
planning, execution, and monitoring. Ability to understand client
business objectives and develop strategic plans to achieve them.
Proactive problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and
resolve issues quickly and effectively. Understanding of budgeting,
forecasting, and financial reporting related to client accounts.
Ability to analyze data and prepare reports to track progress and
identify areas for improvement. Ability to work effectively with
cross-functional teams, including marketing, creative, and
technical teams. Proven experience in account management,
preferably at a senior level. Experience with leading digital
projects is a plus We believe the best work happens when were
