Our team is looking for self-motivated, ambitious Sales Agents

Responsibilities:
--- Rigorously prospect for new business by working your 4 Pillars
of Income
--- Consistently follow up with leads to set appointments with
prospective clients
--- Meet with clients to determine their home wish list, then meet
their needs & help them find a home they love
--- Curate and execute a marketing plan including your website,
social media, direct mailers, etc
--- Oversee the entire contract process from listing to closing to
ensure a quick and seamless transaction experience
Qualifications:
Organized and manages time effectively
Excellent communication, negotiation and networking skills
Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies
Driven, self-motivated and desires professional growth
A valid Real Estate License is required for this job
The requirements for a Missouri real estate salesperson license
include being at least 18 years of age and fulfilling ONE of the
following requirements:
--- Successfully completing a 48-hour salesperson pre-examination
course from an approved real estate school
--- Hold a current and active real estate license in another
jurisdiction, pass the STATE portion of the Missouri salesperson
exam, and complete the 24-hour Missouri Real Estate Practice Course
(MREP)
